What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards using the HSBC secure online payment system i.e. Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo etc or cheques denominated in pounds sterling (GBP) and drawn on a U.K. bank.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All stock items will usually be despatched within 2 days working days from receipt of order.

Do I need to register?

Yes, you will need to register by entering a username and password before you can proceed to purchase.

How do I order LSBU Alumni merchandise?

Plese feel free to browse products online now. Once you have made your product choices, place your order online using this Webshop which is linked to the HSBC secure epayments system.

Can I collect my order in person?
|
|
Yes, you are able to collect your order from the Alumni Office on the last Friday of every month between 2:30pm and 4:30pm. (Unless this falls on a public holiday). Please note, we can accept orders until the Tuesday before the last Friday of each month otherwise you will need to wait until the following month to collect your order.
